I've decided just to merge this blog with my original one instead of having two blogs....find me here:

Cheers!
One beefy beasts battle with the bulge. Started with the Dukan, moved onto Slimming World to continue a gourmand, yet supportive, weight loss.

Hello!
So I thought I would start a blog dedicated to all the fine things in life: food, drink, cooking, baking, discovering!
Although I have my other blog, it's more about weightloss, and whilst that at present is still my focus, this will be solely about foods wot I have eaten, food I've made, and foodie fantasies (such as my Kitchen Aid).
I plan to share with you all of the above, via the medium of Twitter, and then expand a bit more that 140 characters, here.
I hope it becomes interactive with lots of sharing of recipes, successes, disasters, thoughts, suggestions and fun!
For now, have a look at my delicious fat free jelly and yoghurt terrine. Super simple to make and tastes fab with some creme fraiche or frozen yoghurt:
* Make up 2 lots of sugar free jelly, stir about 200g of plain or flavoured fat free yoghurt into one
* Pour some of the plain jelly into the bottom of a chilled cake tin, leave to set
* Then the yoghurt mixed one, leave to set
* Finally pour in the remaining jelly mix.
* Leave to set, then sit the tin in a little hot water to loosen the terrine, tip out, and serve!
